Does the key two to the right of the letter L not give you a single
quote? That's the standard position on a UK keyboard.

George.

Subject: [access-uk] keyboard change

Hi All,

When using Windows 2003, my keyboard presents a double speech
symbol on
pressing shift + number 2, but I want it to present a single speech
mark -
how do I change it.
Note, I am totally blind, so rely entirely on speech with Hal 9.3.
    Any help much appreciated!

Kind regards,

Gerry.
