[access-uk] key commands for turning up volume

Hi folks, can anyone suggest a means of turning the volume up on my vista pc,
don't know how I did it but! there is no system volume of any kind at all,
including jaws. No sighted help here so was wondering if there is a key command
to get to either the system volume controls or a command to turn it up? Thanks
