[access-uk] jaws upgrade for vista?

I've got JAWS 8 home basic edition. 

If I were to get a laptop with Vista pre-installed, would I need to upgrade my 
jaws package? And if so, how much would that cost? [Currently I have no SMA if 
that means anything in all this ]
