1. Control + escape
2. In the search box, start typing Jaws, it will autofill when you have typed
the A or W character
3. When Jaws is announced, press function key 10
4. Arrow up to the Send To menu and press right arrow to open it up
5. Arrow down to Desktop – Create shortcut
6. Press enter and you are done
