Another possibility is that it depends on the date you registered that account
with the .com site. mine was first set up in early 2003 and it isn't
recognised. Maybe all new .com accounts set up within a certain period of the
establishment of the Uk site got put onto a database for transfer. I might
e-mail them to find out what's going on as I don't want two accounts if I can
help it.
