Subject: [access-uk] jaws peculiar behavuour

head Jaws 8 installed on a new laptop at work. It is behaving very
inconsistently in both Outlook 03 and word. It sporadically doesn't
present information from the inbox either in Braille or in speech, then
at other times it does. However, when I go into a message, it will read
the text in speech but not always in Braille. then once I reply, it
behaves inconsistently again. Similar stuff is happening in Word. And
again, intermittently, the Braille simp;ly drops off. Can anyone advise
either what's going on or how to put i ri8ght?
