I have just found your mail in spam, and don't recall seeing answers.
very often the extra key on the bottom row, toward the left, of the keyboard
is used as an extra modifier key, and when used with page up/down turns
those keys into home and end keys.

Subject: [access-uk] jaws key strokes on a laptop keyboard
Hi all
I have recently acquired a work laptop, and I was wondering whether someone
could let me know whether there is a jaws key stroke to go to the top and to
the bottom of a document (control home and end respectively on a desktop). I
can't seem to find a home and end key on my laptop, and can't find any
documentation on this. All the rest of the strokes seem fairly straight
forward.
