Have you considered contacting Sight and Sound to see if they will resolve the issue for you? Oh groans, hope I don't run into this problem when I get my JAWS upgrade.

I've an ILM license currently on both my machines, but because we've had so many resets because of technical issues freedom scientific are getting difficult and are reluctant to reset our activation count.
