Hi, check if the function you require is supported in such an old version of Outlook. I have a feeling it might not be, but it's all in the documentation. Also, are you using Outlook or Outlook Express as the reply to function is listed as an Outlook keystroke? It then probably depends what version you are using! I'm having the following issues and wonder whether anyone else can assist. First of all, if someone sends me an html email message, when I use control plus r to reply, I get the beep sound used for jaws taking me out of autoforms mode, and it then looks as if I am in an html document. I can't edit the email I am writing back to the sender, because if I press h, as I want to say hi, I get the message back from jaws saying no headings found. Second, the reply to sender function doesn't seem to work, in the to field I have a question mark, and if I try to send the message I get the message, no address found for apostrophe. Any ideas?
