Hi Carol
Jarte is just a basic WordPad type program that does not have ribbon menus.
You can do most tasks pretty well, though I am not sure about opening
certain file types, someone would need to confirm that.
I personally use Word, but then I'm just used to it.

I loved it too, at the time. And yes, I had the Guardian Electronic
Newspaper, and the ability to use Teletext on it. Before that, I had
the BBC Master, and a BBC Micro before that. At the time of using
