I loved it too, at the time. And yes, I had the Guardian Electronic
Newspaper, and the ability to use Teletext on it. Before that, I had
the BBC Master, and a BBC Micro before that. At the time of using the
BBC, I worked as a PA to the Area Organiser in a Social Work
Department. I kept filling up the BBC's memory, so some idiot from
the then Manpower Services Commission decided to send somebody out to
see if they could insert what they called a sideways RAM board into
the machine to give me a bit more memory. Well I went on holiday and
thought no more about it. One night, my boss rang me and said:

Yes, them were the days!!
It was all great, but I am glad to be using what we have available now
despite all the hassles and anomalies it throws up.
