[access-uk] itunes not recognising my nano ipod

Hello everyone
Up until now, I have been able to use my ipod in sink with itunes with no
problem. However, this afternoon I had to reinstall itunes as it said that
files were missing and to download the program again. I did this and itunes is
now working again. However, when I plug my ipod into my usb port, the ipod is
nowhere to be found. I have tried plugging the ipod in with the lock key
unlocked but still no luck. Could someone help me to figure out what is
happening?
