[access-uk] itunes gone mad

Hi all,
launched itunes tonight ready to add music to my ipod touch. moved focus to
music source and moved to list of music. however whenever i press enter to
listen to a track, i here silence. the same happens in my podcast list. if i
press spacebar, the item i fus on says play targeted. earlier today i did a
disc cleanup and defrag. could this have anything to do with it, or does
anyone have any idea what might have gone wrong? using jaws 11 and windows
7.
