Yes that is unfortunate but at least the did refund you I know from past
experience this does not always happen.

Hi

I up-graded my ashampoo to the latest version this morning,
I was not able to access the buttons on the screen but
instead of helping me to find a solution, they promptly
refunded me my money, I explained about the screen readers,
I think it is sad that they can't even be bothered to even
look into a problem and just give back the money. They could
have at least tried or sent me one message asking for more
info. Isn't it just typical?

Adrien
