Steve, hope you don't mind me asking, but I'm thinking of having a Paypal account.
Could you please give me any Information in how to create such an account.

Hi Simon,

I very much doubt this is real.  When Paypal write you a message, they
include your login user name in the subject line.  My advice, delete it.
