Some of the Panasonic phone models do this,, or take a look at Truecall VI
which is a great call manager.

Hi folks, as above, I know my iphone does announce incoming numbers, is
there a means of doing this with our landline? if yes, where do I get it? Is
it easy to set up, etc?
