Thanks for that, Mo. It looks very interesting. I've just got a few
questions for you that don't seem to be covered on the website.
If it files your tax returns, do you use an accountant for your end of year?
Would it also be able to do the end of year report for Companies House with
a limited company?
I'm setting up as a limited company and will be paying myself a wage as an
employee. Can it do wages?
If it can do all these, then I will save a wad on an accountant and will go
with Freeagent.
Cheers
Barry

readers
Hi Barry.
I'm not sure how sage compares to freeagent, but freeagent is my accounting
package of choice when it comes to online accounts. they can link to your
bank account, and they also take screen reader accessibility seriously to
the point where they'll actually listen to feedback. It doesn't cost much
more than sage either. They also link directly to HMRC and they can fill out
a lot of the tax return for you.
It all depends what you want the package to do. If you'd like a chat off
list, don't hesitate to let me know. the freeagent website is:
www.freeagent.com
if you do decide to sign up, use the following link to sign up and we'll
both get a 10% discount.
