No, you are not able to install speech to the 320 at this time. It will
probably happen, but it is not here yet. I thought it was, and therefore,
got it wrong.

Could I just clear something up? Are you able to install speech on the
h320, and if so, does it allow you to use all the functions on the player?
e.g. are you able to tune the radio yourself, select tracks to play, etc.
Any feed back would be appreciated.
