[access-uk] iplayer downloader not working

Hi All
In the past few days I have noticed that the iplayer downloader is unable to
download either audio or TV programmes from the iplayer website. I don't know
if the BBC have changed the way that the programmes are streamed, but a message
always pops up saying that the programmes may be new or not available. But they
are available and so the problem lies elsewhere.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
