OK, sorry about this, but I need more information. If you go in to the phone application and activate the contacts tab, can she see her contacts? There is no way that I know of of deleting every contact on your device, they have to be deleted individually so I suspect from the limited information I have that the contacts app rather than the contacts themselves which has been moved. All the best, Ibrahim. -----Original Message----- From: Joe Hunter Sent: Monday, November 03, 2014 1:30 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: iphone 4 question I only know that there are no contacts at all so wethere that means folder or what ever. Could you try to be more specific about what you mean? Has he deleted contacts themselves or just the folder in which the contacts app is contained? -----Original Message----- From: Joe Hunter Sent: Monday, November 03, 2014 9:43 AM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] iphone 4 question Hi all, my grand son has accidently deleted his mum's contact folder on her iphone 4, is there a utility that will recover such.
