My grandson 9 as we speek clicked on an icon which he didn't understand.
This seems to have got rid of a folder. She maybe able to get into town and
visit an apple shop.  Thanks anyway. Joe

Hi Joe.

OK, sorry about this, but I need more information.  If you go in to the 
phone application and activate the contacts tab, can she see her contacts? 
There is no way that I know of of deleting every contact on your device, 
they have to be deleted individually so I suspect from the limited 
information I have that the contacts app rather than the contacts themselves

which has been moved.

I only know that there are no contacts at all so wethere that means folder

Could you try to be more specific about what you mean?  Has he deleted
contacts themselves or just the folder in which the contacts app is
contained?
