Hi Mark from my point of view as an iphone user if you have some sight it may be better for seing things on the screen but from a totally blind person's point of view I cannot see what more you will get other than a faster processor and a bigger screen.

it depends what you need to do with the ipad as well.

Hi Jackie
In terns of what you can do with the Ipad, how much extra benefit are you getting compared to using for example the Iphone 4S? I ask as the Ipad is quite expensive and as I already have the Iphone I am trying to justify the extra expense.
thanks

Hi Mark

Yes, except that you are dealing with a larger touch-screen. Some apps work
exclusively for the iPad, but if you can use one device, you should be ok to
use the iPad as well, least that is my experience and conclusion.

Kind Regards,

Hi
After careful consideration of the new kindles I have decided to stay with
the kindle keyboard, but have decided to go for the Ipad 4th generation
instead.
Can people tell me about their experiences with it? I am using the I-phone
4S and have used the Ipod touch recently and have got on really well. Is
the ipad as user-friendly as these?
thanks
