are you sure you haven't caused this with jfw kevin, open the config
manager file for explorer, insert 6 from within an internet explorer
window. go in to the user options menu, html settings, switch to the
misc tab and look for the drop down box relating to page refreshes,
options are refresh as needed, refresh every 60 seconds or surpress all
refreshes. if you have the last one selected then auto forwarding won't
wont.

Subject: [access-uk] internet explorer and redirects

hi all, i've been meaning to do something about this for a while. i've
noticed since i got a new computer, that when internet explorer
encounters a page that says something along the lines of "the page has
moved, you will be redirected in 10 seconds ..." or similar, the page
won't redirect until i press the link that's usually provided for when
it doesn't redirect automatically. not a major issue, more of an
irritant. how do i get IE to pull it's wait and redirect on it's own as
it used too?
