[access-uk] internet explorer and redirects

hi all, i've been meaning to do something about this for a while. i've noticed
since i got a new computer, that when internet explorer encounters a page that
says something along the lines of "the page has moved, you will be redirected
in 10 seconds ..." or similar, the page won't redirect until i press the link
that's usually provided for when it doesn't redirect automatically. not a major
issue, more of an irritant. how do i get IE to pull it's wait and redirect on
it's own as it used too?
