This sounds like an ISP problem rather than a problem with your equipment, wait
a few hours and see if it comes back on again.

Morning all
I am looking for some help if possible. Yesterday I could go on the internet
but today there is no connection. I have switchedc off the power and then
switched off the router and still no joy. The thing I don’t get is that I can
still get emails.
