Another way, which works on later versions of Outlook at least, is to press
Ctrl + Space while on the list of messages so that nothing is selected, then
press the Applications key or Shift + F10 and you get a menu of options that
apply to the whole list. One of the items is Arrange By and it has a submenu
with Date as an option, which puts the latest message at the top of the list.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi,
In the View Menu, Sort By. Set it to Sender, then Ascending or Descending,
depending on whether you want new at the top or bottom.
All the best

Subject: [access-uk] incoming e-mails in Outlook
I listened to a Window-eyes tutorial and made an adjustment to how e-mails came
into my in-box. I don't like it but can't remember what I did - smile!
New e-mails are now coming in but instead of the latest e-mail being at the top
of the list, they can be anywhere within the list and easily overlooked.
Can anyone tell me how to change my settings so e-mails are displayed in
chronological order please?
Alison
