Why should you have to buy a device to identify bank notes; they should be
identifiable by size like ours. I understand that currancy was specifically
not included in the americans with disabilities act.

there is an mp3 file you can download which demonstrates a money identifier for American and Canadian dollars.
Within the information at that link there is also a link to the company which retails the identifier. I don't know if they ship outside the US and Canada.
