Absolutely, George. We got up to find virtually all the icons missing from
the desktop but the basic Microsoft ones still in the taskbar. The only
thing I can think of is it is connected in some way with my attempts
yesterday to download the Audible app allowing me to read books using my PC.

Any ideas, folk? Suddenly virtually all the icons have disappeared from our
desktop, although most are on the taskbar, but not our homemade ones. Have
checked the recycle bin, but they aren't there. Any ideas?
