[access-uk] iTunes Update to Fix Previous Update!

For those who don't yet know, iTunes have today released an update that appears
to fix the problems some of us experienced after the update from a couple of
weeks ago.
I've just installed it, and it does indeed appear that things are back to a
useable state.
