[access-uk] iPod shuffle

Hi!
I have passed my Ipod shuffle on to a VIP friend of mine, but, they are
having problems setting it up due to Jaws not reading all of the details.
It asks for the serial number, which I have made a note of, but jaws won't
allow input of this number. It just "clunks."
Can anyone offer any advice?
Or, is it just another example of inaccessibility?
