Have you tried a restore of the phone from iTunes? Back up your phone's
contacts etc, then restore the phone to factory settings? Also, then you'll
get the latest firmware, which is out.

Hi, I have a iPhone 5C and I have only had this phone for just over a month
and it keeps on jaming, so I have to do a reset. Has others had the same
