Hello: If you install a program called Advanced system care, there Is a program in its program folder named"sup_InternetBooster.exe. Run this program and use the automatic optimization. It does not read perfectly with speech, but I believe it defaults to dial up so if you just do an automatic optimization you should be ahead.
