Hi list
Jackie this is how I got my kindle talking.
first switch on by moving the switch to the right.
wait for ten seconds.
now press the key at the top on the right hand side of your keyboard.
now press down arrow ten times and you will be at the bottom of the 
list experimental.
press up arrow once to settings.
press enter.
now press page down which takes you to the second page of settings 
now press enter and it should talk
email offlist I will ring you to go through it.
