You can force an eject of a CD from a Mac by
1. Rebooting.
2. As your Mac rebootskeep your finger pressed firmly on the Trackpad.
Now even obstinate CDs should be ejected from your Mac.
I have done this a few times with CDs that wil not eject.

A friend of mine Googled it two or three years ago when I got one stuck. He got it out but I really don't know how.
