hi carol it was but i managed it with a very small screw driver i use on small 
piano actions amazing eh. right i have taken jaws and window eyes out of the 
start up as it's too much of a pain to uninstall so hear goes if it goes bang 
this time it will give it to another blind person 1smile, smile what a damn job 
this is give me an iphone any time. even android is better than this larcke.

Ah, but if the CD is stuck, which I suspect it may be, I know it can be 
done.

A friend of mine Googled it two or three years ago when I got one stuck. 
He got it out but I really don't know how.
