If she can manage the mouse she can get there by taking the mouse to the very bottom of the screen and moving it along to the right. You have not said whether or not she has any sight, but if she has, or if she uses magnification little tool tips come up telling her where programmes are open.

Subject: [access-uk] how does a friend get to the system tray

All:
A V.I. friend has lost speech but has a little sight.

I use JAWS so get to the system tray as expected.

How could she get to it either with keystrokes or mouse - she has some
residual vision.

TIA

David
