Hi Vincent, first you'd need to go to my computer/control panel/add/remove
programs and run an uninstall to get rid of what's left, if that is it'll do
it, then do a clean reinstall of the program. You can't just copy files back.
                    John.

  hello

yes it is completely removed. what I need to know is how to put it back on.
in my back up folder I have 5 or 6 files for the program and I am not sure how
to reload them so they are in the programs folder in my start menu. many
thanks.

  regards
  Vincent

Hi Vincent, what exactly have they deleted? Do you mean they have just
deleted it from the start menu? In that case it's only a short cut and you can
recreate the short cut. If however they've deleted the folder from program
files you'd have to reinstall it.
                         John.
