Hi Vincent, first you'd need to go to my computer/control panel/add/remove programs and run an uninstall to get rid of what's left, if that is it'll do it, then do a clean reinstall of the program. You can't just copy files back. Do you mean they have just deleted it from the start menu? In that case it's only a short cut and you can recreate the short cut. If however they've deleted the folder from program files you'd have to reinstall it.
