This is why you should never let someone else use your computer *smile*. If
you do have others use your machine, create individual accounts for them and
ensure that you have a password protecting your account, thus preventing anyone
from modifying your setup and installed programs.

Hi Vincent, what exactly have they deleted? Do you mean they have just
deleted it from the start menu? In that case it's only a short cut and you can
recreate the short cut. If however they've deleted the folder from program
files you'd have to reinstall it.

while I left some one use my computer while I was away. they deleted a
program off my computer.. lucky enough I have it backed up on my external
hd.how do I put this back on my computer in my program folder in my start
menu. step by step if possible please. many thanks in advance.
