Oops, I should have said that after right clicking/pressing the application key 
you should go up to find properties, then follow the rest of the instructions 
from the message below. Sorry about that.

  1. Go to my computer.
  2. Right click/press the application key.
  3. Locate the system restore tab.
  4. Check the box that says "turn off system restore".
  5. Click apply, then click OK. By turning off system restore all your 
previous restore points will be deleted.

    AVG detected a trojan on my system, which it successfully moved to the 
virus vault.

    Now my system keeps telling me that there is the same trojan in my c:volume 
restore file.

    I believe that the way to remove this alert is to delete all my past 
restore points, but I can't remember how to do it and I can't find a button or 
menu item which does this.

    Can anyone help?
