I have the rate in my rota and change it that way. It seems to stick for
me.

I now have an i Pad mini. I must say I like it but at this time I think
I prefer my android device because I am used to the gestures. anyway
best not start a war about android verses Io's smile, how do I change
the speed of the voice and have it saved. I did see it late last night
but can't find it I even had the voice at 100% but it didn't save! I
now can't really remember where I seen it! think it was under
accessibility but it's to late now to be playing around with this stuff
