Hello,

Sorry to hijack this thread, but how do you set other preferences, like the
refresh rate for send/receive and signatures etc?

Kindest,

Mike

Hi Adrien,

There are commands in the View part of the ribbon for choosing what to sort
by and to reverse the sort order.
However, I find it easier to change the layout as follows.

1. On the upper ribbon, choose View.
2. On the lower part of the ribbon choose the second item which is "View
Settings".
3. A dialogue will be displayed with buttons for various settings.
4. Choose "Sort" and you should find what you need.

Also, if you choose "Other Settings" from the dialogue you will be able to
uncheck "Show Items In Groups", and disable the Reading Pane if you wish to.

HTH.

Ian

Subject: [access-uk] help with outlook 2013

Hi

I am using outlook 2013, I want to keep my messages in
subject order but be able to read them from the top
downwards, not the other way round, that is in subject with
the older messages at the top, I cannot work out how to do
this. Can anyone help please? It works if I do them from
date and conversation but I don't want that but keep them
arranged in subjects.

Regards

Adrien
