Oh Adrian, do not worry, I was not chastising you as such but really saying that when in doubt Apple is best. Just look on Amazon for Apple bluetooth keyboard, leave out anything to do with iPod, iPad and iPhone. It is around £65 but that is not exact price.
I really do not know what you mean by only one key speaking. I have a variety of bluetooth keyboards and all work just fine but I think the ones with the function keys are best as then you will be able to use voice over to the maximum.

Hi Eleanor Ok firstly, I have been bogged down by comments and advice, I can only remember or absorb so much partly because of my disability and also I am learning something new. With the keyboard I have now, only one key speaks so I have no idea at all what I am doing so it is little use to me. I may hang on to it as mum may get an ipad too but I am not sure. It is not worth the agro of returning it. On amazon thre are the ultra thin or ultra thin, I am not being given a choice, just for different colours and for ipad air and things like that. I have an ultra-thin myself and I love it however, I would recommend the Apple keyboard for you as it also has the Function Keys on it which the Ultra-thin does not. What is the one you have at present. can't you use it by touch until your new keyboard comes? It isgoingto delay me by a week or more but so be it. I am raring to go but the keyboard is going to slow me up. Also I have a pass key on the screen and it is stopping me accessing the screen, if voice over is on, screen curton is on and mumhasto turn voice over off to access the screen, this is a bit of a nuisance. I should have asked questions before Ijumpedthe gun and ordered the keyboard. You live and learn.Thanksfor all your help, it is appreciated. Will start working on it this morning. Thanks, will keep you posted. Open App Store and choose Search. Here, you can type in something like Skype, Radio, or basically whatever you are looking for.Itdoes help if you know the name of the app you want in order to narrow your search and stand a better chance of finding the right one. Once you think you have the app of your choice, double-tap the button that says the price, then double-tap again to purchase it. On the Apple Bluetooth keyboard, you need to activate a double-tap by pressing the space-bar withtheVO keys. These two keys are the second and third keys in from the left on the bottom row where the space-bar is situated. You will be asked foryourID, so you need to put in your Email address and password at this point. If you achieve all this successfully, you will find theappadded to your device when you leave the App Store, so double-tap to open it as you would any other. If you need any more help, just let us know.
