That depends on which version you have. If you don't have Professional, as
I do, then I don't know.

The problem is that it doesn't appear in the list under 'programs' - hence
my request for the main .exe file to launch it.

Hi David,
Just go to Start Menu, Programs, Abbyy FInereader 9 Pulldown, open that with
right arrow, and move down to Abbyy Fine Reader 9 Professional or Corporate,
or whatever you have, hit your applications key, then go down to Send To,
then in there, select Desktop Create Shortcut.
Once you have done that, it will be on your desktop. You can then go into
the desktop icon's properties and give it a shortcut key if you want.

I have just successfully installed this software but it doesn't seem to have
dumped an icon on the desktop, nor in 'programs'.
Can someone let me know the main .exe file for the application so that I can
create a desktop icon?
