Janet,

My first reply at just after 8:00 this morning was:

Go to the 5th tab along bottom labelled "More"
Tap on this and halfway down the screen will be "Friends". Tap on this to
open.
This brings up the list of your friends, usually it will be in the format of
Name, image, mutual friends and then there is a "Friends" button. Tap on this
to open.
When you tap on this there are 2 options: Block and unfriend. Swipe or move
your finger over the screen to find which one you want. Tap on whichever to
select.
To get out of this window, as there is no close button, do a 2 finger scrub
from left to right.

I noticed you blocked the person you wished to unfriend, to block them follow
these buttons below from the bottom of the "more tab:"
Privacy shortcuts
More settings
Blocking
This will give you a list of people blocked, tap unblock, under the person
you wish to unblock,  and it will unblock them and they are now already
unfriended.

Hello,

Apologies to anyone offended, but I have had this problem several times in
the past and George has assured me that my messages have been going through.
I have asked questions in the past and provided answers but never have had a
reply....... very strange.

Mike

Hi,

Go to your own profile, touch Friends, then find the friend you want, and
there should be a remove button by them.

All the best

Steve
