Hi JackieThanks very much for the detailed help you have supplied. I have passed it on to my friend and hopefully she will be able to sort it out.

As for the BT site issue, that is a very different proposition entirely, and it would probably be easier to do this on a PC first as I did, then use the Email account on the Sense. Here are the steps I gave to someone else recently, I hope they work for your friend. 1. Go to www.btyahoo.com 2. Choose Email from the links on the first page. 3. You will be prompted to log into your account, so do this. 4. Use your left mouse pointer to ensure that Inbox tab is selected. Note: do not press enter because this does not work! 5. Arrow down to your folders, and use your left mouse pointer to select Spam, where it should tell you how many Emails are sitting in that folder. 6. You will then see a table with lots of messages displayed. Use your left mouse pointer to select all messages. 7. Now press the letter d to bring up the context menu. Here, up or down arrow to find Inbox, and use your left mouse pointer again to move them to your Inbox. You will need to repeat this process for every page of messages displayed. Do not press enter because it does not work!! 8. If you use Outlook or Outlook Express, open your Email client and your messages should now download from the server into your Inbox. Forcing all your messages in future to do this is slightly more tricky without sight. You need to again log into your BT account on the website, and choose Options. There is a drop-down box in there which lets you configure your spam filters. You need to ensure messages are downloaded without prefixes or indicators. Go to Save near the bottom of the page, and hopefully you should be sorted.
