Hi David.Indeed, though you did ask about deleting individual locations, so I didn't mention it. Could you please tell me, is this sugar beat option displayed on pedestrian routes or driving routes, I simply cant find it in my copy of Navigon.

What sounds like "sugar beet route" is the second button down having double tapped "options" whilst navigating. Audibly it appears to do nothing. You can delete a destination in the my destinations part of the application by tapping the edit button then the destination you want to delete. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the location. If you want to delete a destination quickly without confirmation, you can simply flick down on a destination when the rotor is set to actions, however make sure that you do want to delete that destination as once deleted, it can not be restored. As for Sugar Beat, it means nothing to me off the top of my head though if you could find out when this occurs and what you were doing at the time, this would be most helpful. I have found that if you double click on GPS there you can mark your current location and name it. Q1: how do I delete a destination which is no longer needed? Q2: any idea what "sugar beet" (at least that is what it sounds like) DOES? GOT THERE WHEN EN ROUTE, AN ACCIDENTALLY PRESSING SOMETHING. COULD HAVE BEEN MAPS OR OPTIONS PERHAPS? OK, answers to your three questions:Firstly, you cant add points of interest yourself to the database, however you can always add an address manually using the address function, then give the place a name, you can then access that place at any time by its given name through the my destinations button. Secondly, you can indeed save your current location. When in the map view which can be accessed by double tapping the main menu icon, you can add your current location to your favourites, likewise as above giving it a place name. Navigon doesn't have a breadcrumb facility, however you can use an app called Ariadne which has this function. All the best, Ibrahim.-----Original Message----- From: David W Wood

Another couple of queries. 1. is it possible to enter your own POI? 2. when at a location, is it possible to save this either as a POI or location in any other way? 3. is there a bread crumb facility? To add a new destination, either use the address button and follow through the process of adding an address, then when you're about to start navigation, tap info and add to favourites will be there, or if you're adding a point of interest, you can find the point of interest you wish to add using the POI button on the main interface. Please let me know if you have any difficulties with any of the above. All the best, Ibrahim.-----Original Message----- From: David W Wood

I have set up my home address and entered one destination. How do I input new destinations? On main menu the only relevant buttons seem to be address and destination. Destination brings up the two points already entered, and edit at top right. This only appears to give the option of editing the existing rather than inputting a new. What am I missing?
