Hi Terry

Yes, the six or seven folders on the card are not protected, neither is the card.

It seemed to crash when I opened one particular file so I have deleted it in case it was corrupt and it seems to have solved the problem (here's hoping it stays that way)
Very strange though.

HI Julie, 2 questions to start with, 1st are the files in the route of the
card, and second is the card write protected?

When trying to access documents on an sd card using braillenote
apex, i get the error message "class does not exist."

What does this mean and how can I resolve this annoying problem?
I need to access important documents contained on this sd card
but this continual error message is baffling.

Any help given would be much appreciated.

Kind regards, Julie.
