Go to Tools, then select Internet Options.  Navigate to the Advanced
Tab.  Now go down the Settings list to the Multimedia section and see
if "Show pictures" is checked.

I thought it was there, but when I went through the list I did not see
anything that turns on pictures. Am I missing something .
