And in my case, Education also, so whats the use of RNIB wasting public
funds on campaigning for DDA in the first place? Just to Shut us up, even
if it doesn't do anything? hohoho----- Original Message -----

which makes the DDA in so far as employment goes and complete waste of paper
and effort. it's virtually impossible to prove you would not have got a job
with a disability. my arguement is i was being considered for a specific
role, until the lady found out i had a disability. she then rejected me
based on my disability, that to me is still discrimination. now if the DDA
doesn't cover that area already, then i'm gonna do all i can to publicise
the fact and take it as far as i can to get it included at a future date. if
that means going alone, then so be it. it'll be worth it in the end. plus i
can publicise the fact that the organisations who are so public about their
support for disabled people, couldn't be bothered to help when it involved
them having to put in any effort. ... "we don't advise on employment law"
... give me a break!!!

And exactly what can they do if the law has *not* even been broken?

To win a claim for disability discrimination one would have to show proof,
that one would have been offered the job if not disabled.
