Hi there,
Open the phone app and tap on more options as you were doing. Then tap on
call history towards the top right of the screen. Once again tap on more
options on the screen that comes up and you'll hear the words clear call
history. Tap on that, you'll get the usual alert asking if you definitely
want to clear the history and then find and tap on the okay button towards
the bottom middle of the screen and that's it.
