Hi Steve

I think the problem was because I had installed the software
last year under office 2007 and it didn't delete the old
data so I don't need to activate the software. Thanks.

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrien,

Window-Eyes should read you the popup. I have installed
many addons and WE reads them fine.

All the best

Steve

Subject: help finding a pop-up in outlook 2013

Hi

I have just installed the sperrysoft add e-mail add-in in
outlook 2013, it is working fine but for some odd reason it
is not launching the pop-up when I load outlook to enable me
to activate or register the add-in, I have spoken to support
at sperrysoft and they have suggested a few things but I
just think the screen readers are not seeing the pop-up, the
add-in is working fine but I need to activate it, any ideas
please? I have had no issues with activating the add-in
under older versions of outlook in the past, it is something
in outlook blocking pop-ups. I have disabled the pop-up
blocker in i.e. 11, that doesn't seem to have helped much,
apparently there are privacy settings in outlook, I cannot
locate them, any ideas please guys?

Regards

Adrien
